The purpose of the Driver Improvement Education Class (DIP) is to provide education and training to drivers who have been identified as needing improvement in their driving skills. The DIP is a requirement for drivers who have received multiple traffic violations or accidents within a specified period. The DIP will be conducted by qualified instructors and will cover a range of topics related to safe driving.
Procedure:
1. Eligibility: Drivers who have received multiple traffic violations or accidents within a specified period will be eligible for the DIP.
2. Notification: The drivers will be notified by mail of their eligibility for the DIEC and will be provided with the date, time, and location of the class.
3. Registration: Drivers must register for the DIP by completing a registration form and submitting it to the appropriate department. The registration form must include the driver's name, address, driver's license number, and any other relevant information.
4. Attendance: Drivers must attend the entire DIP. Any driver who arrives late or leaves early will not receive credit for the class.
5. Course Content: The DIP will cover a range of topics related to safe driving, including defensive driving techniques, traffic laws, road signs and signals, and the dangers of distracted driving.
6. Instruction: The DIP will be conducted by qualified instructors who have experience in teaching safe driving techniques. The instructors will use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, videos, and interactive activities.
7. Assessment: Drivers will be assessed throughout the DIP to ensure they are understanding the material. At the end of the course, drivers will be required to take a written test to demonstrate their knowledge of safe driving techniques.

Responsibility: Individuals attending the class will be expected to take responsibility for their own behavior and to make informed decisions regarding alcohol and drug use.
Support: Individuals attending the class will be encouraged to seek support if they or someone they know is struggling with alcohol or drug use.
Continued learning: Individuals attending the class will be encouraged to continue their education and learning about alcohol and drug use, and to share their knowledge with others.
Enforcement:
Any individual who violates this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or expulsion from school.

Eligibility for Refund:
You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:
You have paid for the 3 hour alcohol and drug education program and Drivers Improvement Education program.
You have not completed any portion of the program.
You submit a request for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please send an email to our customer service team at dip.3houradep@gmail.com. In your email, please provide your full name, order number, and reason for the refund request. Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond to you within 5 business days.
Refund Amount:
If you meet the eligibility criteria and are approved for a refund, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Non-Eligibility for Refund:
You will not be eligible for a refund if you have completed any portion of the program or if your refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
